Standing firm in faith
Following Jesus sometimes means facing opposition. Persecution for our faith, whether subtle or severe, is promised to those who live godly lives. But God is with us in the fire, and He uses trials to refine our faith like gold. These verses strengthen us to stand firm, rejoice in suffering, and keep our eyes fixed on eternal reward.
