The danger of pride
Pride is deceptive, it can disguise itself as confidence or self-sufficiency. Yet Scripture warns that pride goes before destruction. God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. These verses expose the dangers of pride and guide us toward the freedom found in acknowledging our need for God.
